 Six Sigma for New Projects

Six sigma is a rigorous method for analyzing problems and fixing them. When done properly it can lead to virtually zero defects.

If you apply the same principles to new projects, then you will potentially have zero defects from the start.

Would you think that there would be any significant difference in how the principles would be applied between old and new?
